[Plugin: Shortcodes Ultimate] How to use Subpages and Siblings?

That inserts codes but it doesn’t tell me how to arrange them so I have subpages and siblings. Ideally I’d like to have a list of the pages at the top and that links me to the subpages… but I don’t see what this does and there are no demos.
