[Plugin: WPEssence Bulk Categories] Category Description and Image Import

I might consider adding it, but probably not in the near future. The plugin is mainly meant for quick creation of terms, and adding descriptions and images to that does integrate easily with the current features as far as U/I is concerned. I might add a possibility to import via XML later, if that would be useful.
