Formatting of site broken after localhost-online transfer

Hey I uploaded my site today to https://melbournemantids.com/wordpress and all of my original formatting has been broken, all the text is focused to the left hand side of the page, the menu bar is supposed to be the default black line with options at the top of the page. The background is working some what, the featured picture is not.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

To top it off I can’t access https://melbournemantids.com/wordpress/wp-admin I just get a blank page and the URL changes to this instead. https://redirect.main-hosting.com/error404.php/4

I have this in the wp-config.php file to make the URL’s work properly in links, could this be the problem for the wp-admin not working & all of the bad formatting?
