Check your uploads path in Settings->Media. It should be blank in most installs.

And what is your uploads path in Settings->Media? “does not work” is not exactly helpful…

Sorry the upload path is the defult one ithink it was wp-content/uploads. I even checked to see if it is there and it was.

Have you checked, via FTP (or whatever file management application your host provides), to see if the images are being uploaded to wp-content/uploads?

hmm that is weird all my pages other than home come up with a 404…..

Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting via Settings -> Permalinks. If this works, then review Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.

ok i changed the permalinks, it fixed the problem the new link is https://pedoeem.com/?page_id=26

Oh i forgot… i put a diff pic on a different page and that worked fine.

You have a permissions issue. The image at https://pedoeem.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/CIMG0927-300×225.jpg is being blocked. Check that anti-hotlinking isn’t enabled in your hosting account. If it is, try disabling it.
