GD Star Rating plugin – Post Meta (Custom Field) Data in Rating Results

When displaying the rating results of this amazing plugin, I am missing the option to display some post-meta/custom field data in the rating results. I found a similar post regarding this here at WP but the post is closed to new comments and I’m afraid that my coding skills are not sufficient enough to solve this issue by the experts’ short replies in this post.

Any help would be highly appreciated. Here is the table that I am talking about, I’d like to add a link to the last columns which is pulled out of a custom field in each post..
