How to contact publisher

Just on my iPad at the moment so it’s a pain to check, but I’d recommend using a Whois tool (google will provide lots of results) and depending on the domain privacy settings you maybe able to obtain the registrars name, email, address & phone number.

It maybe blocked but I hope that helps.

Thanks James, I tried doing that and didn’t have any luck. Since wordpress has no customer service, is there another way?

Is it a plugin that’s using the trademark or is it regarding the name / content of the website?

If it’s regarding the name / content of the site there’s nothing WordPress can do as the site is not hosted by WordPress, all they’re doing is using the WordPress cms to admin their site.

IF you click on the link you will see the header of the page he has in large bold lettters “dogeared Jewelry”. I understand that WordPress can not do anything. However, this is a violation of the trademark that Dogeared Jewels and Gifts owns and he is in violation of our trademark by using it is solely for SEO purposes. I would like to find the contact for whoever is adding to the site to make them aware of the situation. I don’t think justin bieber and pf flyers would appreciate this as well.

https://www.visitalgarv.com is hosted by https://www.enom.com. They would have contact information of some sort.

This is one of those strange sites that I frankly don’t understand. If you read the copy it is basically gibberish.
