Problem with Image Headlines Plug In

I just did a SQL backup as well as a WordPress Backup, since I am moving my site to a different host. I recovered the sql and uploaded the backup of the wordpress files and everything looks good except the Image Headlines Plug In does not work. I get this error: “Error: The Folder [/home/.madoki/freeipod/mightymichael.com/wp-content/image-headlines] is not writeable”

It is still pointing to my old hosting, how can I change this to my new one? I looked in the plugin editor where it says “require_once (dirname(dirname(dirname(__FILE__))) . “/wp-config.php”);” but I couldnt get anything to work.
