Post Ratings Show Up In Portfolio

Hey so I am doing a portfolio like this

As I have it now, people will click on the portfolio, and a three boxes will come up showing a picture, title, and brief description. If you click on the box, it will take you to the post, and in the post you are able to see the rating. I was wondering if I could get the ratings to appear in the boxes in the portfolio.

So like this
