[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] CDN won't login to FTP?

Hi I’m using the W3 Total Cache plugin on my site, but when i try to configure my cdn with ftp it gives me the message below
Error: Incorrect login or password (ftp_login() [function.ftp-login]: Login incorrect.)
I have tried this resolution below
but that doesn’t work for me. My login information is corect. How do i fix this
