I use the post by post archive mode and just setup the previous post and next post links on my entries. My question is, it seems that whenver it makes these links it always defaults to the entry with “more=1” and “c=1”. Is there any way I can make it create links where “more=1” and “c=0”? In essence, I want the previous/next post links to open just the entry and not the comments as well. Thanks in advance.

  • I also need this.
In B2 it can be done

I’m curious, why wouldn’t you want to show the comments when showing the entirety of a single post?

I’d be interested in seeing that code but it’s not displaying on this page properly.

Figured out how to do edit this in 1.0 (Roro, the WP template-functions.php file were a bit different).
For previous post links, go to line 1144 of template-functions.php, where $previous='previous post: ' is, just replace previous post with whatever text you want to show up as your previous link.
I also turned $title='yes' to no so that it would *not* display the title after the words “previous post”.
For next post links, go to line 1182 of the same file and edit as above.

Maybe Im confused but “guboogi” was asking another thing, not how to change that text.
    ??

    Hee. Oops.
