Looking for something that allow me do conditional searching

The searching module in the above website is really powerful (in my mind), for example, you key in “richmond hill”, it gives you a Google map with all the properties on listing and also the list of properties

Does anyone know how to do this? Any hint would be appreciated, if you can do this for me, I can even pay you. Just send me email at xie3208080 (google’s email)
