Arranging Menu Items in 2011 Theme..??? help!!

Start by setting up a custom menu via Appearance -> Editor.

Yes, I did this.. it is there and in the order I need it to be in.. but it’s not showing on the site…

No – there’s no custom menu showing on your site at the moment. You seem to have missed a step. Perhaps you need to review custom menus?
