Changed URL in settings and now wont load!! Help!

So I am managing the development of our second website. We are an IT company and I do the marketing (this is why I cannot troubleshoot this issue myself) I added the word “new.” before the name of the site address and now I am getting an error message of “Oops! This link appears to be broken.” on the wp-login page. We host the site through godaddy and internic. I was told it is already pointed at the right DNS and godaddy added a subdomain with “new” on it. This was done at around 10:30am today. Still not working!! what do I do??? This needs to be fixed asap
