[Theme: Weaver] Header Slideshow not displaying

  • I have created a slideshow of around 10 images to be randomly displayed as part of the custom header.

    After uploading the website onto the “hosting” server the images aren’t displayed, as their URLs are still pointing back to the “localhost” location rather than the hosting URL.

    The images are visible in the media library so they have uplosded OK, I just need to find out how to change their URLs.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Even though the images are available through the media library, you have to delete them and then upload them once more before they take on the correct URL in the custom header.

    I want to use a flash video as the default header image with a static image as backup for non-flash browsers.

    I have already written the code and have succeded in making it work under the 2010 Weaver theme (example https://www.buckertmold.com), but I can’t for the life of me locate the code to replace in Weaver 2.2.8. I’m not even sure if the header.php file is the correct place to put the code.
