[Plugin: WordPress Post Tabs] Adding Header?

I recently migrated from my devsite to a yahoo hosting account. The tabs are no longer working properly. See https://www.sol-dyn.com/blog/landing-page/webcast-test-page/
By accident I found that when I click on the tab link inside the tab it takes me to — https://www.sol-dyn.com/blog/index.php/landing-page/webcast-test-page/#tabs-1278-0-0
And an that page, the tabs are working properly.
