Contact form countries

Dear all,

My contact form is working well, only one problem: when I send an email it doesn′t give me one specific country in the email.

In the form I have:

<p>Select Your Country
[select your country* menu-581 ” ” “Belgium””France””Germany””Luxembourg””Netherlands””UK””Other”]</p>

And in the Message Body:

Country:
[Belgium][France][Germany][Luxembourg][Netherlands][UK][Other]

This is probably wrong…how can I put this right?
