[Plugin: WP-TopBar] Allow user to dismiss/hide topbar

    Is there a way to configure the TopBar so it appears for predefined period of time, but user has an option to dismiss/hide it by clicking “x” or some kind of close button?

    It would also be great that once user acknowledged the TopBar message (by closing it) the toolbar does not appear for that user anymore.
