What are the best plugin

  • I am new at wordpress and i just wanted to know what are the best plugins or widgets or anything you would sugget me for the site like bollypod.com

    Please any help would be great thank you

    They r so many plugins and there are no demo which sucks but i tired installing couple of them and getting some ideas but thank you also if you can tell me which plugin did the site used that i mentioned
