Random Links appear in posts

SO I’m working on my wife’s web site, https://www.tastingkauai.com, and random links are appearing in her posts. They link to other parts of the web site. Most every time she uses the word kauai in a post, it links over to a different page on her site. The problems here are 1: she did not put the link there, and 2: The link does not appear anywhere in the HTML code. So where in the world are the coming from and how do I get rid of them???

So on this post, the fist Kauai links to her farmers market page. then you scroll down and see kauai links all over the place. none of them were put there intentionally and they are not in the code. I also can’t click “unlink” on the edit page because they don’t show up there either. Help! I’m going crazy on this one!
