[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Custom Post Types titles NOT being rewritten

I use the JigoShop plugin for ecommerce.
This creates a custom post type called “Product”.
In SEO –> Titles, I have setup the “Custom Post Type Archives” as follows:
%%title%% | %%category%% | %%sitename%% | %%sitedesc%%On the WordPress page for “/shop” (which is Jigoshop’s main page), I see the title literally as that statement above. So the template tags are not being replaces by actual values.
What am I missing?
