No Update Available

  • Ok, the issue is that wordpress is telling me that one plugin needs an update, but when I go to either the Updates area (in Network admin) or to plugins area, there are no available updates according to those screens.

    I do remember manually deleting an old plugin I wasn’t using by deleting it’s folder directly from plugins folder, but after doing so I got the standard warning in the plugins area that something had been deleted blah blah and just reloaded the page and all was fine, but now it’s doing this.

    Any suggestions?
