links.php: style to theme?

  • In the wp-includes/links.php file, the link’s category list present an <h2></h2> tagging.
    The result is that this graphic detail is not customizable using a theme.
    Why not to move those tags to the […]/<themename>/sidebar.php file, so that it can be customized?
