• So I love this plugin. I am in the process of finally converting my own HTML site of 75+ pages to WordPress. I had initially copied over all my content while I was getting to know WP in a different database. I later created a new one but imported all the content from the old one. On top of it, I was still updating my HTML site so now I need to figure out what’s changed and what’s different. I have a huge mess of content. These flags are going to help a bunch.

    So here is my ideas.
On the page edit in the same box as the Content Progress; Mark as incomplete etc. Make it so you can put a note to yourself as to what you need to do yet. Then make that viewable in the list form.

Another flag idea would be “Needs Improvement” so that its ok but later will need more work.

Another would be the ability to select all of the pages and set them to “Needs Review” so that you know when you have worked through each one manually.

Oh and another would be to make it so that you can change the flag from the “Quick Edit”

This is definitely going to be a plugin that I add to my favorites and tell my WP friends about at the next WordCamp.

    Great job!

P.S. Love your My Content Management plugin too.

  • @karissa: That’s a nice list of suggestions. Your first idea reminds of some features offered by the Content Audit plugin. I made use of that in combination with Content Progress on a private site to track the development.

@joedolson: I also have tested this plugin and found that it works well for its purpose. An additional feature I would like to see is the option to select which post types the plugin gets enabled for, since it may not necessary to use it for every one of them. Maybe see the above mentioned plugin to gain a better understanding of my idea.

All in all, thanks for making this available!

Thanks for all the suggestions! I’ll definitely take them into consideration for the next version.

Thanks Joe, for implementing our ideas in your latest version!
