How do i reverse this step

Hello everyone, i was trying to follow these directions, but i did it wrong, and now i cant access my site or the admin panel. can anyone tell me how to reverse this:

Go to the General panel.

In the box for WordPress address (URL): change the address to the new location of your main WordPress core files. Example: https://example.com/wordpress

In the box for Site address (URL): change the address to the root directory’s URL. Example: https://example.com

I think i reversed everything else in the directions, so this should be the last thing i have to do.
