[Theme: ChocoTheme] comment.php

The tabbing index seems to be off in the comment.php. I tried to get it fixed myself, but no luck…could you please help? Currently, it’s tabbing from “Name” in the comment section, to “Name” in the next post when on the post page. Tabbing on single post pages seems fine.
