Can we use WP-Polls outside of wordpress?

  • I was wondering if WP-Polls can be used on an external web site in an iFrame or something. I have a website and a blog, and getting all the stuff from WP would be a very convenient thing to do so that I don’t have to manage various admins from assorted apps just to keep the site managed. The blog and the site have different purposes to I cannot just direct the user to poll on the blog. Any suggestions would be useful.

  • Ah you know, I think I might have answered this for myself.
    Using
    <?php get_poll(); ?>
    works. Just pop it in wherever you want. The full list of functions are listed under plugins->editor->wp-polls->wp-polls/wp-polls.php

    That’ll open up access to whole lot more.
