I only see <h2> amd <h3> tags (looking briefly). Your main title is an <h2> tag. The smaller bold text is using an <h3> tag.

There is an H1 tag. It appears to be your site’s name (Culture Matters). Looking at the document outline, you seem to have a good solid header structure there.

Hint: If you use Firefox, grab a copy of the Web Developer Toolbar. Amongst its many goodies, Information -> View Document Outline gives you an instant overview of any page’s heading structure.

Google does weight heading text far more than plain body (paragraph) text but, since your site’s title includes the word “Culture”, I think you’ve got that covered. What you do not want to do seed your pages with keywords in such a way that you reduce the readability of the page for your human visitors. Google is pretty clever in this regard and, given that its overall intent is to try and prioritise/categorise page content in the same way that a human reader would, whatever you do to make your pages easier to understand & navigate usually pays dividends in Google too.

There are mixed opinions on this. I tend to the “It doesn’t matter as long as you don’t really overdo it” camp. 2 H1 tags should be fine. 20 is another matter entirely. ??

Thing is my keywords are “cultural awareness training”
As far as I understand it makes sense for good SEO to have those in/with a H1 tag.

Not if you’re using the same H1 text on every page, it doesn’t.
