add checkbox or radio button for accepting policy

  • Hello,

    i’m using with success the contact form, but at the bottom of my form i need to add a radio button or similar that force the user to click ‘yes’.
    In this case i need that before to send the data of the contact form, the user check a box or a radio button that he has read the legal (link) and privacy (link) policy…if this checkbox or radio button has not been flaged, the contact form system show a message under that field for example: please check to accept the legal and privacy policy.
    How can i do with ContactForm system?
