Interactive Photo gallery with areas 'tagged' for further info

Hello,
I am looking for a plug in that will allow a large gallery image to be displayed, but where there is interaction, much like how Facebook tags people’s names, I would like to tag elements of the pictures. When you move your mouse over the area of the image, more information about that area ‘pops’ up. Very much like the arhaus website, as illustrated here: https://www.arhaus.com/

Does anyone know if a plugin like this currently exists?
Or anything similar?
Anyone interested in making an offer to develop one?
