• Hi, A great plugin. Thanks.

Recently I am getting warning messages, like:

    WARNING: Link xxxxxx/xxxx not followed.

The files that give this warning do not exist in these directories, so that is correct.
I did do a table cleanup (with Plugins Garbage Collector) and these files to not ring a bell.

How can I get rid of these messages?
Where does BackWPup get these from ?

    Thanks

  • is this a hidden Ling ‘.xxxx’ With Link it means a unix filsystem link to a file or dirictory.

To remove the massage exclude the directory/file.
To Backup the linked directory/file put it in the includes.

    Okay thanks.
No not hidden. Just not existing (any more ?).

I have put it in the exclude list.
It is a double message about two file.

However the question still remains. Where did it get from ? I have not included these files. If they have been removed by a WP upgrade (probably) then I would expect BackWPup to not find them and put in a job.

Not a big deal but still a misery. Thanks,
