No URL given with Get Shortlink button

    When I try to get a shortlink for a blog post, the box empty but there is no URL given. I have already activated Jetpack but this does not appear to make a difference.

    Is there another setting I’m missing?

    This exact same issue happens to me as well. It does not occur consistently so it may be difficult to recreate and fix. I am using Firefox and this theme.

    It might be an issue with jQuery rather than a plugin problem. Or it could be a browser issue. I only see this problem in Firefox. Works fine in Chrome.
