WordPress hosting multisite

Hi I am wondering wether. There is any way of me making a hosting company wire WordPress. Ultimate so the person could register a package and then register a domain like https://my site.com/theresite then they could point a domain to my blog and so if they went to https://theresite.me they would get what is on the site hosted on my site without redirection or parking a domain
