These are attached images? Autonav should respect the order as defined in the media library editing screens. What exactly invocation of the shortcode are you using?

I’m using [autonav display=”images” pics_only=”1″]. I checked the edit screen and couldn’t reorder them like I could if they were in a gallery. It’s the strangest thing. Perhaps I need to invoke a different shortcode?

And how are the child pages setup, does each one have attached images, or do they have the subpage_thumb custom field set? As a workaround you should be able to set the subpage_thumb custom field, for the pages that show the wrong images, to either a full URL (https://……) to the actual thumbnail you wan (it will not be resized) or a path relative to the wp-content/uploads directory (2011/07/image.jpg).

Thank you for your response, I’m a little confused as to where I need to add the URL. Where is the subpage_thumb custom field? Also, I would prefer it to be sized properly so when the user clicks the image it can load the larger image.

To answer your question, yes each child page has images inserted into the post, some have one and others have two. I have no idea about the subpage_thumb custom field.
