Theme Alteration – Electrical Contractor Theme

I could use some help making some simple modifications in the theme you see in place at https://www.power-upllc.com/

I want to replace the logo inside the small flash application to match the company, and I also want to change the color of the box in place on the menu items when active from green to orange.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated. This is a premium theme, and I paid for it’s use.
