New Theme: X_blog -brushed metal WP theme

  • When I first started using WP early this year, there was a brushed metal theme, but it seems to have slipped off the face of the ‘net. So a few weeks ago I was browsing Open Source Web Design, and found a generic design that leans heavily of the brushed metal look of Mac OS X. So I set about porting it to WP. Any other details are in the post or readme file for the theme. Problems or questions can be addressed in the comments for the post.

    Ugh. The theme validates XHTML 1.0 Strict, but I forgot when I checked it on my windows box, I was using FF, not IE. What to do, what to do.

    98% IE 6 compliant, which is better than IE being complaint with other things. I’ll work on the search box, but it’s not a high priority. If anyone finds or wants to fix it, I’ll gladly update. Thanks bricolou again for the quick heads up.

    Otherwise, should be good to go.
