Can only view "under const." page in maint. mode though logged in as admin

    A newbie here, so pretty ignorant. I am using a maintenance mode plug-in, but can’t see any thing but “under const.” when I try to add a page. No preview of the actual page. I want to build the site on the back end out of public view, but I need to see what I’m doing.

    If you can direct me to a thread on this I’d be happy to read it, but didn’t find one in my search. Thanks

    Got it sorted out! Used “Ultimate Coming Soon Page” plug-in from SeedProd. Works great! For some reason, others wouldn’t allow me to see any previews when working on the back end. Made it impossible to do anything. Like trying to strike a match in a vacuum. This plug-in is easy to install and customize. Now we’ll see if this neophyte can get a site built…..
