Unexpected HTTP Error

    Hi

    Just downloaded the latest pack of 3.3.1 and installed a new theme with sample data. The problem is that I cannot import the sample data because it shoots out the following error:

    An Unexpected HTTP Error occurred during the API request.

    I have checked the forums and have found lots of people with the same problem, but not a single solution that works. I wonder how WordPress can be allowed to continue with a nagging problem of importing a sample data.
