[Plugin: WP-TopBar] not working on version 3.3.1

    Ive just installed on version 3.3.1 and it is not showing on page!

    It is there as I can see it using inspect tool but it does not show!

    It worked on another site I installed it on using a theme I purchased but not on the standard wordpress install!?!

    Any ideas?

    Im using chrome and like I say shows up for the other site ok in chrome.

    There is an issue in the current version, it assumes jquery is enqueued. I have fixed it in the next version… due out by the end of the month.
