[Plugin: Theme My Login] Different profiles for different roles

Using the Themed Profiles module, you can copy theme-my-login/templates/profile-form.php to your theme’s directory and edit it to conditionally display different fields for different roles.

I just implemented the idea of separate templates per role into 6.2, which is now in beta stage. So, it will soon be as simple as creating a template per each role that you want customized, such as profile-form-subscriber.php.
