[Plugin: Social] German translation – here it is

Hey, could you have original english files? If yes, could you attached them? I’d like to translate into spanish, but german it’s not as easy as english to me…

I don’t actually have a copy of the PO file in English. But, the English translation should be there along with the German translation. So for instance, you should see something like this:

We just added the .pot file for version 2.5 to the GitHub repository. Any translations are welcome.
