Add User Avatar Edit on bbpress user profile page

Is there a way to have the User Avatar edit box appear on the bbpress user profile / edit page?

I believe its changing a call in the php file to have the fields appear on a different page but I’m not sure which one.

The bbpress files are:
single-user.php (user profile page)
single-user-edit.php (profile edit page)
