Restoring database

Hi,
I’m restoring my site using cpanel. I used phpmyadmin and the database is there, but when I look in mysql the database is 0.00MB.
Home page is working, but nothing after that.https://www.rosehilltravel.kr/wordpress/
https://www.rosehilltravel.kr/wordpress/wp-admin/login.php gives a 404 error
