Replae home page Title with banner

SO for the home page, I would like to replace where it reads “Echo Festival, Makarska, Croatia June 22-24 2012” with this image: https://echofestival.com/images/banner1.

I have found the line of code to edit in home-page.php, which I think is this section here:
