[theme: twenty eleven] Remove bullets from main sidebar

I’ve been searching on how to remove bullets from the main sidebar for this theme, but no luck! Is there a way to remove the bullets? Also, I added a custom menu on the main sidebar to link to a website; is there a way I can change the link into an image?
