Pop-Over Plugin from WPMU not working

I’m trying to get the free version of WPMU’s Pop Over plugin to work, but nothing happens. I’m running it on my test site at https://www.rgm.me/Wordpress_Test with no other plugins activated (a bunch installed, but not activated). Nothing happens. I have no conditions applied, I’ve cleared my cache and I don’t know what is going on. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, have you gotten it fixed? Thanks so much.
