Create a search within a post category

    I’ve created a database of drink cocktail recipes for this site I’m developing here: https://www.thehotboxgallery.com
    Is there a way I can have users search the recipes for various parameters like ‘hot drinks’, ‘vodka drinks’, etc? I”m assuming the next step is to create a post for each recipe under the global category ‘drinks’ and assign tags to them like ‘hot drinks’, ‘vodka drinks’, and then create the search based on searching the tags. Is there a plug-in or standard way to do this?
