menu navigation above footer has gap between links

    hello,
    can someone help me on my site https://ibaanassociation.org/. just by navigating into my bottom menu (BALITA BAYAN KABABAYAN)above the footer, you will notice that you can’t get into the corresponding links because of the GAP/dead space in-between. I’m using latest Mystique theme. if possible give me solution within Settings > CSS. don’t know much about coding. ?? Thanks in advance.
