User registration – allows registered "paid" users to make comments on blog

    Hi

    Looking for a plugin that might help me (I’ve been searching, but I can’t seem to find what I need, or I’m missing something obvious!). Need something that that allows special users certain access rights (say only certain downloads or pages etc) but it will also completely skips moderation and allows them to post comments.
    So in a sense there are 2 “levels”, something like a free user, who can only see the comments, but can’t post comments, and then a “paid” user who will be allowed to make comments to posts without moderation.

    Any suggestions appreciated ??
