Malware in my administration panel

    hello

    I have problem with my website. My antivirus Eset Nod and Avast show me alert:

    JS/Kryptik.IL koń trojański

    Do you know this malware ?

    i scan my website sucuri scanner, but this scan didn’t show me any alerts.

    Alerts show every time, when I go to administartion panel.

    Do you know any programs or plugins, who delete this problem ?

    Please help…
