[Plugin: Collapsing Archives] Is not collapsed on second visit

    Although Collapsing Archives plug-in is collapsed on default, if it is expanded, it will remain as such even when the site is visited several days later.
    How can I have it collapsed no matter how much it may have been expanded on previous visits? I appreciate any advice because it is using much of my sidebar space when expanded, so I want to have it collapsed (refreshed)on each visit.
